At GI Heritage Weaves, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the conditions under which you can request cancellations, returns, or refunds, as well as the process and timeline.
1. Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Before Shipping:
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at [giheritageweaves@gmail.com]. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be accepted as the order may already be processed. -
Order Cancellation After Shipping:
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled. You may initiate a return or exchange upon receiving the product (see below).
2. Return and Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
2.1 Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges

Items can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of the purchase date.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Custom or made-to-order sarees are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2.2 Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges

Items that are damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use.

Clearance or final sale items.
3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To request a return or exchange:

A description of the issue (attach photos if applicable).

Approval: Once your return/exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address.

Shipping the Item Back: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:

If the returned item meets our return eligibility criteria.

If the order is canceled before shipping (see above).
4.2 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or design:

Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item. Additional shipping charges may apply if the exchange is not due to a defect or mistake on our part.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
