1. Order Processing and Shipping Time

• Order Processing Time:
  All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or made-to-order sarees may take 7–10 business days to process, depending on the design and customization requirements.

• Shipping Time:
  Once processed, delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (Within India): 5–7 business days.

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly.

2. Shipping Costs

• Within India:

  • Standard Shipping: Free for orders above ₹5,000. A flat fee of ₹199 is applied for orders below ₹5,000.

  • Express Shipping: ₹200 per order.

• International Shipping:
  we currently do not provide international shipping.
